Welcome

Welcome! I’m Tori, a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with 20 years of experience working across the NHS, third sector, humanitarian organizations, and independent practice.

I offer compassionate, evidence-based psychological support to individuals and families navigating a wide range of challenges, from mental health concerns to personal development.

Whether you’re seeking help with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions, my aim is to empower you to understand yourself better and find sustainable solutions.

I believe in creating a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and equipped to take the next steps toward healing and growth.

I’m committed to helping you not only address immediate concerns but also build lasting resilience and emotional well-being.

Having lived and worked in various countries, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for diverse cultures. This global experience has cultivated a sense of cultural humility and strengthened my ability to engage effectively across cultural boundaries.

In addition to my independent practice, I also work as an associate with Al-Razi Medical Centre in Baghdad, offering online consultations.

Here, you’ll find more information about the services I offer, my therapeutic approach, and how to get in touch.

INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATION

Since 2017, I have been providing online support as an associate with Dr Numan Ali at Al-Razi Medical Centre in Baghdad, a trusted private clinic with 38 years of experience in psychiatric care. Our collaboration began in 2006 when we set up a psychosocial clinic for war affected people in Zarqa, Jordan as part of Nippon, International Cooperation for Community Development (NICCOD).
